I just wanted to check the stats on my domain today and somehow it's not working. Not sure if I'm looking in the wrong place but what's the URL for the stats (webalizer or other)?
Thanks,
Sam |

oh and on a side note i've been having some minor issues with my TDMA. Somehow I still have messages after the 15d expiration. I'm not sure if the messages are staying there because they've been read but they're not getting deleted.
Oh and I've been getting a bunch of messages for the past 3 days that come by 3. I'm not too sure what's going on with that and don't usually have many of those but since yesterday I've gotten about 30 messages all coming 3 times in the quarantine box. Any ideas (I'm asssuming it's because it's sending the confirmation request but still, I haven't seen that before).
Thanks,
Sam |

Sam-
The stats for your domain can be found at the following address:
http://domain.com/awstats/awstats.pl
Simply replace the domain.com with the domain you are looking up stats for.
As for the tmda - its very possible the spammers are sending you 3 copies of each mail. Ive seen it where a spammer will send dozens of copies of a single piece of mail to the same address - no particular reason why.
As for the 15d thing - tmda only checks your pending queue to remove old emails once per 100 incomming emails. Therefore, you may have some hanging around after the 15 day limit, but it will be removed shortly.
Thanks. _________________ --Photocon

Error: Couldn't open config file "awstats.www.samw5.com.conf" nor "awstats.conf" after searching in path "/usr/local/www/awstats/cgi-bin,/etc/awstats,/usr/local/etc/awstats,/etc,/etc/opt/awstats": No such file or directory
Same on my other domain.
As far as TDMA goes, I have a message in there that was received on March 28th and still hasn't been deleted. I'm pretty good at going in there on a daily basis and deleting what is supposed to be junk so there aren't all that many messages in the queue. Not sure if that makes a difference.
Anyways, thanks again for the great help.

Sam-
The url I posted earlier is vaild - please note that it does not include the preceding www. By not having the www, you will see the stats for your domains. Please see the FAQ at:
http://www.nightskysupport.com/faq/index.php?Topic=Stats+FAQ
As for tmda- you dont need to delete messages in your queue. You can simply mark them as read and tmda will do the rest. You may not be triggering the automatic cleaning of the queue because of this. Either way, March 28 was just 17 days ago. Depending on the amount of incomming traffic, it may not have been 100 messages in the past 2 days since it last cleaned the queue.
Please remember that the space taken up by the pending queue is not counted in your disk space alotment. There is no need to delete messages, and simply marking them as read will suffice to keep track of what messages are new.
